The PURU Transgascogne
Adventure in the heart of the Gulf
Created in Port-Bourgenay in 1988, the Mini Transgascogne 6.50 is a historic race in the Mini6.50 Class.
Now called PURU Transgascogne, this legendary race which celebrated its 35th anniversary in 2023, is today organized by the company Versace Sailing Management.
With a duration of 600 nm (approximately 1,100 km), the PURU Transgascogne leaves from Port Bourgenay, stops at Getxo (Spanish Basque Country) before returning to Port Bourgenay. It has the particularity of being run both solo and double-handed, on prototypes (less than 10 units) or Series (+ 10 units).
